Working Principle of Ionising Air Snake
The HB4003AF Induction-Type Ionising Air Snake generates a large volume of positive and negative ions, which are expelled by high-speed compressed air to neutralize static electricity on the surface of objects. When the object carries a negative charge, it attracts positive ions in the airflow; when it carries a positive charge, it attracts negative ions. This neutralizes the static charge on the surface. The powerful airflow also removes stubborn dust particles from the object.
 
The ionizing device operates with high voltage and low current generated by a high-voltage power source, forming a stable electric field. This field ionizes the surrounding air, and the ions are then delivered by the high-pressure airflow to the object’s surface, achieving both static elimination and dust removal.

1.The HB4003AF Ionising Air Snake is controlled by a photoelectric sensor. The sensing distance is adjustable. When no object is detected near the nozzle, the sensor automatically shuts off the compressed air, reducing unnecessary air consumption and noise.
