Working Principle of ionizer for fan
The hb1000A Horizontal Ionizing Fan generates a large volume of airflow containing both positive and negative ions, which neutralize static electricity on object surfaces. When an object carries a negative charge, ionizer for fan attracts positive ions in the airflow; when ionizer for fan carries a positive charge, ionizer for fan attracts negative ions. This process effectively eliminates static charges from the surface.
The HB1000A ionizer for fan is equipped with an axial fan that delivers airflow, and the airflow speed can be widely adjusted using a speed control switch.
The Ionizer for Fan unit operates under high voltage and low current generated by a high-voltage power source, forming a stable high-voltage electric field. This field ionizes the surrounding air into ions, which are carried by the airflow to the object surface for static neutralization. A dedicated cleaner is integrated into the ion emitter to remove dust buildup on the ionizing needles, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
The HB1000A ionizer for fan effectively resolves static-related production issues, such as dust attraction, adhesion during plastic processing, and part jumping caused by electrostatic repulsion.
