Working Principle – air ionizer fan
The HB1201D is a standalone DC ionizing fan designed to eliminate static charges from non-conductive objects. This advanced air ionizer fan features a built-in LED touch screen, providing real-time display of ion balance and fan speed. air ionizer fan also includes an automatic emitter needle cleaner that regularly cleans the emitter points, reducing manual maintenance and saving time.

•LED Touch Screen Display
Equipped with an intuitive, compact, and full-brightness interface for real-time ion balance monitoring. The multi-layer functional menu allows quick and convenient manual operations.
•Ion Balance Correction Technology
Through a sensor at the air outlet, the system automatically calibrates ion output when deviations from balance are detected. Positive or negative voltage compensation up to ±100V can be set via the touch screen to achieve optimal electrostatic discharge performance.
•Automatic Cleaning Function
The emitter point cleaning cycle can be configured via software. By default, the cleaning brush automatically rotates twice every 2 hours to clean the emitter needles.
•High Airflow with 10-Level Control
Features a high-volume DC fan with adjustable airflow levels (Level 1–10), ensuring rapid static charge elimination.
•Ion Imbalance Alarm Technology
Users can manually set the alarm voltage threshold. When ion balance deviates beyond the set limit, the system triggers an automatic alarm.
•Optional Warm Air Function
Warm air mode is available with adjustable temperature for enhanced comfort and application-specific use.
