Working Principle of Air Ionizer Fan
The HB1003A Suspended Triple-Head Air Ionizer Fan generates a large amount of positively and negatively charged airflow, which neutralizes static charges on the surface of objects. When an object carries a negative charge,Air Ionizer Fan attracts positive ions in the airflow; when Air Ionizer Fan carries a positive charge, Air Ionizer Fan attracts negative ions. This neutralizes the static charge on the surface, effectively eliminating static electricity.
The HB1003A ionizing fan is equipped with three small fans that provide airflow, and the airflow strength can be adjusted over a wide range using a speed control switch.
The ionizing device in the HB1003A utilizes a high-voltage, low-current output to create a stable high-voltage electric field. This field ionizes the surrounding air into positive and negative ions, which are carried by the airflow to the surface of the object, thereby neutralizing static electricity. A dedicated cleaner is integrated into the ionizing device to remove accumulated dust from the ionizing needle, ensuring continuous stable performance.
The static elimination function of the JH1003A Suspended Triple-Head Ionizing Fan helps solve various static-related problems in production environments, such as dust attraction, adhesion issues in plastic processing, and small parts jumping due to electrostatic repulsion.
